1. Voluntary Peer-to-Peer Support

Every member understands and agrees that support provided within the network is completely voluntary and based on mutual cooperation among members. No member is legally obligated to provide financial assistance to another member.

2. No Loan, No Interest, No EMI Commitment

Sahayata Setu Trust does not provide loans, charge interest, or create any EMI obligations. The Trust only facilitates a Peer-to-Peer support network among members.

3. Transparency and Truthful Information

Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and while seeking support. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Mutual Respect and Community Participation

Members agree to maintain respectful behavior, support the values of cooperation and trust, and contribute positively to the community whenever possible.

Declaration

"I understand that Sahayata Setu Trust operates as a voluntary Peer-to-Peer support network. I am joining of my own free will and agree to abide by the Trust's rules, values, and registration conditions."
